14-Day Returns Policy for Mobility Scooters
At Premier Community, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your mobility scooter, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date. Please take a moment to review our returns policy below:
Return Eligibility:
The mobility scooter must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process:

Our team will guide you through the return authorisation process.
Once your return is authorised, you will receive instructions on how to schedule a collection.
Return Collection Fee:
A collection fee of £120 will be applicable for returns.

After the mobility scooter is successfully collected and inspected, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
