The standard cover is waterproof cover boasts elasticated cuffs to hold the cover snug on the wrists; and elasticated base to secure it around the steering column.
The deluxe cover is made from a neoprene/scuba fabric which provides heavy duty weather protection for the scooter control panel. It will also protect the users hands and lower arms.
